Founded in 1895 as Kahlenberg Brothers Company, Kahlenberg Industries, Inc. has remained family-owned and operated for over a century. From our roots in steam engine manufacturing to becoming a global leader in marine and industrial sound signals, our legacy is built on innovation, precision, and enduring craftsmanship.
Headquartered in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, our 45,000-square-foot facility houses advanced manufacturing capabilities and a fully certified anechoic sound test chamber. We are ISO 9001-2015 certified for the design and manufacture of sound signaling equipment, marine propellers, and custom metal products.  We are also DDTC Registered.

Kahlenberg Industries is a leading manufacturer of sound signaling products, primarily consisting of pneumatic air and electric horns for marine, industrial, rail, and mass notification applications. Customers include the largest navies of the world as well as hundreds of O.E.M. manufacturers in the Shipbuilding, Construction, Mining, Construction Equipment, Mass Transportation, and Safety and Security industries.  Complete signaling systems are provided, designed for safety-critical environments, rigorously tested and certified to meet international standards including ABS, DNV, IMO, USCG, ABYC, IEC, NMMA, and more.

Since our earliest years in manufacturing, Kahlenberg propellers have been synonymous with durability and performance. Specializing in commercial workboat applications, our propellers have earned a strong reputation for long-term reliability in extreme conditions.   Manufactured today with the latest technology, Kahlenberg Propellers are engineered to provide the lowest cost of use in service.  Certifications to numerous marine classification societies are available.
