Accessories - Horn Controls and Fog Signal Timers

Kahlenberg manufactures several signal controllers such as model M-511C and M-485A shown at right.  These controllers automate signaling in restricted visibility for improved safety at sea.  In the case of the M-511C, both light and sound signals can be automated for restricted visibility (USCG Rule 35).  Maneuvering codes (USCG Rule 34), and SOLAS General Alarm Code are also included.  The Model M-485A automates the restricted visibility code for motor and sailing vessels underway and stopped.

Several push buttons are available including the M-131 Series which include bronze watertight enclosures.  For dual horn systems on larger vessels, selector switches such as the M-469A (not pictured) are required to be used with the M-511A Control.
