Kahlenberg Brothers Company, established in 1895, is entering its third century of manufacturing and machining. Originally a marine engine manufacturer, Kahlenberg Brothers is now separated into two distinct divisions: Kahlenberg Marine Products, and Kahlenberg Machining.
For over 60 years we have been providing contract machining services and complete components to original equipment manufacturers throughout the midwest and beyond.

As a manufacturer, we offer additional services including engineering support and our purchasing department. Let us take full responsibility for material procurement, subcontract processes and machining operations. Utilizing the latest in integrated manufacturing software and systems, our plant managers and machine operators have instant access to the important information relevant to your order. Visual on-line scheduling of machines dramatically improves our ability to provide you with accurate delivery dates. Drawings, program information, and manufacturing methods for your parts are saved for future reference and revision.
Our Programming staff uses both CIMLINC and Smartcam CAD/CAM systems while some machines utilize the latest in controls which are conversationally programmable by the machine operator.

Kahlenberg Brothers Company operates within the guidelines of an extensive quality assurance and management program certified to ISO9001:2000.
Beyond ISO9001:2000, the quality of the final product is assured by our personnel. Our plant management staff is formally trained in machine programming and machine shop management. Approximately two-thirds of Kahlenberg machinists are currently licensed journeyman, thoroughly cross-trained and responsible for a final product that meets our customer's specifications.
